operation:
The care that has gone into every detail of this
model makes it a versatile and reliable partner. The caps are fed into the
machine through a mechanical sorting hopper which is directly driven by the
central motorization system of the capping machine in order to prevent the caps
from pointlessly circulating, with the risk of damage, during me stoppage.
The stainless steel feed
chute, with inspection hatch, delivers the caps to the capping head which features a specially designed
centring device to ensure that the cap a perfectly centred on the bottle mouth
every time.
The 10-pocket star allows for smooth movement of
the bottle, preventing shaking of the product. The height of the capping head
can be easily adjusted, and the head itself can be swapped with a screw-capping
head or spinning roller
head for tin or poly-laminate caps.
Safety devices ensure stoppage if a bottle is
incorrectly placed in the capping hence preventing breakage.
The whole casing of the base and all of the supports of
the machine platform are entirely of AISI 304 for guarantee the utmost hygiene and
longer life.
